Why in India the graduates will not get jobs. Why need a experience. then what about freshers. they can't work. they cant earn, they not have dream. why this is happening. I've read your sentence, and I think I know India job get why need is. It happens in the West, too. The same thing that has happened everywhere else; the marketplace is taking control and demanding what they want. OK IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY ARE GRADUATED BUT THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL, HONEST AND DON'T HAVE ATTITUDE AND WHEN THEY GO FOR AN INTERVIEW FOR ANY JOB THEY CAN'T ANSWER THE QUESTIONS WHICH ARE ASKED BY THEM. AND THEY ARE VERY LAZY.LAZY.LAZY................... Now you know! being a graduate, you don't know how to communicate in English!!! More than this, India has no dearth of jobs for anyone provided he has the attitude to do the job!! You think that you are a "graduate" and thinks that most of the jobs are not for you. You want only white collared jobs or government jobs and finds a lot of jobs as "inferior".False prejudice...that's the answer!! Leave them do what you can, sincerely and honestly, anyone has a job to do!! Dream!! and you are never satisfied!!! no it is not the same senario in every case of a fresher because indians are intellegent people but more depends on other people guys of 21st century wants to get into a job of any organisation as a employee with a lumpsum amt of salary but nobody think abt self employment.....employement is every where we have to approach it but they expect to approach them.....which is impossible at any cost..............and people should respect any kind of job but graduates wnats to settle dirtectly as a manging dirextor of a company......victory will come step by step but they need instant money with instant position in the office........which is the main hindarance they face in getting a job..........+ No.. it goes like this.. If you need a job, you should have experience... In order to get experience, you need a job!! This is what is referred to as a Catch 22 situation!! And this is what the whole world is facing.. so India has got nothing to do with it... but hey, India is currently boooooming with fresher jobs... if you are in the wrong field, nobody is to be blamed but you!!!! |
