hi i have done my bachelors degree from commerce and have two years of experience in one of the BPO's for past two years,am i eligible to get the jobs in singapore or Australia,and what are the basic requirements ,is IELTS compulsory , thanks

Of course, you may have job in any where. Indian commerce is acceptable everywhere. Some accounting standards cause some what differences. But you have read the same books as in other countries taught in commerce. But it is better to have some master degree to have a better job.
