Where do i begin with to find a job based in INDIA with US Salary?


I have been working in Newyork city for the past 12 yrs in IT.
I need suggestions on finding IT jobs in INDIA which would pay me US salary? Is this possible at all.

No, it's not. There is a reason why so many tech jobs go there, and it's not to pay them more.
You likely won't find a job in India paying the same dollar amount as a US salary. Our resources are paid about 1/7th the actual DOLLARS, but have a good standard of living.

Your New York dollars would make you a millionaire there -- and I'm confident that no company will hire many millionaires.

Look instead for an opportunity that provides you an acceptable standard of living (you could afford a suitable home, appropriate transportation, etc.)
Try Verizon - they have outsourced some of their positions to India. That is where their customer service department is.
