Where can a gay guy from India with a PhD in Organic Chem find lists of jobs? |
It shouldn't matter that he's gay, or Indian, but sometimes it does. Does anyone know of diversity friendly companies who are seeking well educated workers. Can you advise on how to ask how to find out whether being gay will not be a good fit with a company? www.craigslist.org - lots of bio tech in san francisco area and it's very gay friendly. Overall no company will openly care that you are gay or indian or male as long as you are qualified. it is no point to come out to your company because you don't know what they think! your working experience, background and social skill are more important than your sexual orientation and race. Uh, the want ads??? Seriously what does being gay or Indian have to do with anything? How do they even know you're gay? Do you wear sundresses during interviews? |
