What is all this hype about the India-China growth story? Does this really mean that we will lose our jobs? It's not hype, it's VERY real. But it's not a competition either. The fact that one country is growing doesn't mean another has to shrink. Growth is an internal issue. In fact, if one country grows and becomes stronger, they will trade more with us, and it will actually help our economy too. Losing jobs is unrelated, but if we don't stay competitive, it could happen. We need to make sure that our students are better educated, if we're going to stay competitive. I just want to know are you Indian or Chinese? |
