Will companies outsource jobs to the point we can't afford to buy their products? Have they thought of this?

CEO's want the immediate savingings sending jobs to India and other third world countries provide, but will it be worth it when the Western consumers can no longer purchase their goods?

well.. one of the main reasons for outsourcing is to cut down production costs.. with production costs cut down, the price of the end product will be cheaper and in the long run, due to inflation, will still be affordable..
companies won't be so stupid as to cut down immediate costs but end up having products more expensive and having less people who can afford it..
just be worried that quality of goods might decrease..
