Reservations in Private sector jobs in INDIA! whats ur opinion?

Think about it, what u need from an employee Cast or qualification? Whay should job reservation be given to any cast in INDIA, is it really require? Whasts ur take, its a politics card or people really gonna get something from it.

I personaly against it, before making friends, before falling in love before sharing my seat in bus or train, before asking a person way to street i never ask for cast??? then why should a specific cast people be given such thing. Reservation in colleges, reservation in jobs and now reservation in Private jobs!!! No way, I will vote against it.... -1 from my side..whats ur point

GOVERNMENT TOTALLY FAILED TO IMPROVE IN EDUCATION & JOB ORIENTED TRAINING,WHO WANTS EDUCATION & JOB. WHICH PERSON IS LEARNING BY HIS OWN SOURCES & MONEY, GOVERNMENT IGNORE THEM FOR JOB & RESERVE JOB FOR UNSKILLED & UNEDUCATED PEOPLE EVERYWARE,DUE TO THEIR VOTE BANK ONLY.IT'S NOT FAIR FOR COUNTRY,& THIS POLICY CAN IMPROVE BRAIN DRAIN ONLY.. THIS POLICY IS TOTALLY WRONG FOR THEM ALSO WHO ARE HAPPY FOR THAT. THEY DEMANDS FOR FREE EDUCATION & JOB ORIENTED TRAINING FROM GOVERNMENT.IF YOU ARE TRAINED,EVERYWHERE YOU GET JOB. ABROAD ALSO.

I am against it. The government should take steps to remove barriers and discrimination. Giving reservations is like discriminating against the privileged.
