Is working in BPO and Call Centers is a good option? If india lose these jobs to competition (other countries)

Atleast this industry requires in India the people who have control over English so ur academics has little importance than ur speakings. That`s y student does this job as a part time to earn money with gaining the some of primery knowldge in their future jobs.

BPO n Call center r not going in other countries untill the fact that cheap labour in India a reality not a myth.
