My client is moving to India from Dubai,what are the provisions for his income tax?

My client has UK base,living and working in Dubai.he has been offered a job in Delhi,INDIA.he is moving here.?,so will he be permitted to be "based in Dubai" but work 90 days per year in Delhi and NOT incur any tax liability?because tax is exempt in Dubai.his role basically is travelling world wide. but the office base is Delhi.kindly help me out that what to suggest him about the tax laws in INDIA?

In india the tax liability arises according to the residential status of the assessee.
Your client will be treated as a non resident because this is his first year and he will stay for 90 days only.
But at the same time the salary paid to such non resident will be deemed as accrued in india, which will be taxable to him in india.
Hence, your client will be taxable in india in respect of the salary paid to him by a company in india.
