Visa Informating help?

student in france ( paris) im currently 18 and want to do my M.B.A in New York City and find job there aswell wat kind of visa would i need? and wat kinda of qualifications do i need to get the visa? can i get study visa and working visa?

Well, first of all, in order to participate in an MBA program you have to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited French university. . . you're only 18, so that's why I'm saying it. Second of all, you could come here on a J-1 visa, where you are technically a visitor and able to work and attend school, but it usually only last for 4 months, in which you will eventually have to change your status to that of a work or study visa. Or you could apply for an F-1, which is only student visa, but may enable you to take part in work-study at the university you attend. There's not much money in that, but it's something. Go to uscis.gov and click on the "visas" link, it will tell you a lot of stuff.
