I have married a really rich French lady, she lives in france do i still have to pay childsupport?

My baby's mama dont needs it she gots a good job working as an accountant for a car dealer. and I only give like 2000 a month...

ps i never really liked those kids any way cuz she dont let me see'em

merci people

I hope your children realize what a dirt bag they have for a 'father' (and I use the term lightly) You are not supporting your ex with that money you are paying to support YOUR children.

You know there is a saying "What goes around comes around" And one day you are going to regret treating those kids this like.

Then again they is another saying " Anyone can make a child but, it takes a MAN to be a father" Obviously, you are not man enough for the job! Shame on you! You do not deserve to be their father.

The child support you're paying isn't for your baby's mama. It's for the kid. Whether the mama needs your money or not is irrelevant (that means it doesn't matter) so you should stop being a freeloading deadbeat dad and pay up. You helped make the babies, so now you need to pay to support them. I have no clue what you think the rich French lady has to do with the story? Sounds to me like you're full of it, making up crap to get attention.

How could you not miss your kids?? You jerk.

I feel sorry for the lady you're going to marry.

If you can move to France then technically although you still have to pay but the Government can't touch you.

You didn't state where you are from but 2000 a month is high so you must be earning a lot of money. If you are British that would be 20% of your net income for the month so your take home would be 拢10,000 after tax or 拢120K a year after tax so you would be earning around 拢200K or $400K a year.

If you did stop working then your child support would be 拢0, they can only calculate from your income not anyone elses or your savings. So again you wouldn't have to pay.

The Americans I know who pay Child support for two kids pay from $100 a month to $500 and some of them live in $500K houses. if you are paying around $2000 a month you are already earning way over the $100K a year and could still afford to pay your child support.

If the court orders it then you have to pay. If you had sex and fathered a child with her then you should pay.

At least those kids have a decent mom. Can't say anything good about the father.
