Computer programmer - there is a hugh shortage for qualified staff in Europe.

Ummm... art (history) they have some of the best art museums in France, like the Louvre and theres even a school there... and some of the best art in the world was produced there... it's like a art haven... but there's not a lot of concrete job oppurnities for an artist... but you could work at a museum or as an art critic for a magazine/ newspaper
Cuilinary school, some of the best food is in france and there's tons of restaurants in Paris but you would have to work your way up
You could be a French grabage man you don't even have to go to a university

Business so you can get into a great company or be a consultant or teach

Engineering - french schools are among the best ones in the world - french engineers are expensively imported - guess where ???

Psychiatrist earn a lot there, as well as psychologists.

I thinks it's in this 5 majors than you can find the most esaily a job in France. There is different way to study in France.
