What would happen if i didn't sign on for the first time when claim has gone to an assessor? |
I need to go to France trouble is I am supposed to be there on my first sign on day. I have spoken to the job centre and they say I must submit a new claim. depsipite me having just submiotted one ( ie stop signing on and then re sign on when I get back. ) If you can show that whilst you are in France you have people checking on Job interviews or letters that you have then it should not be a problem. your gonna lose everything ..... get a job you lazy loser If your going for a job, tell them.If not sign the next day.Say you got the days mixed. But you will probably have to fill in new claim if your not believed. Hi.if your going to France for a job interview then they cannot make you sign off.You should have told them you had a job interview then they would have let you sign on early. They might stop your money & say you made yourself unavailable for work.It some times do's not pay to be honest with them. The signing on and off wont prevent you from claiming.....it will just leave you without money for quite a while because of the time it is taking at the moment to process any claim by DWP |
