This is a scam called '4-1-9', also known as Nigerian advanced free fraud. It is very common and can involve elaborate set-ups involving many people. The scam may initially involve sending a small amount of money to you, but in the end they will find a way to break you financially (if you give them your bank or other personal details, they are very good at emptying bank accounts through fraudulent transactions). NEVER give any personal or business or contact information to those who send unsolicited messages from oil company bosses, sons/widows of dictators, bank or commercial company employees or other ridiculous claims.

Be carefull, it could be a fraud, dont send your account details or credit card details to anyone. I am in nigeria and i have never heard of such a thing. HIV/aids victims are usually handled by hospitals or NGOS and they give mostly drugs and not money, there is nothing like sending reminders through western union, Western Union is for money transfers only, i guess this person is an amateur fraudster that wants to take advantage of ur ignorance.EU jobs in nigeria are always advertised in national dailies/newspapers and not just sent to individual emails, ask them how they got ur address?....a word is enough for the wise..dont fall prey to 419 scam!!!
