How can a Serbian lawyer find a job in EU? Zdravo.... I will give you an honest answer to practise law in every country you most has that county's qualification to work there. For the UK you can not practice the law unless you sit the exam that qualifies you for UK law...... As for visa...... If you had the money to pay your fees.... It would not be difficult to get..... And once you qualified in UK law or which ever EU country you want to work in than getting a working visa will not be hard because of your qualifications.... I suppose the only way to get a job in the EU without specific qualifications would be to defend someone at the Hague.... There defendants has the right to choose the lawyer they want....so maybe they would rather a Serbian lawyer rather than someone from the EU... Srecno :-) |
