How can we alert USA and EU people about the out sourceing of Job? |
This will be one of the major problem for our economy. Think in this way, that our future generation have not enough money to live well, credit record is bad because of low income.........so they haven't any good job, house or business???? Some people are coming form India or China and we are serving them and they are throughinh tips to us............. One solution would be to start forcing corporations that sell products and services in the U.S. to start paying a living wage. In addition to increasing people's buying power in the U.S., it would put a limit on outsourcing... if they have to pay a living wage anywhere in the world, even though a living wage may be lower in another country, the difference will be much less than $10 an hour to an American or $0.05 an hour to a third-world worker, and with the costs of outsourcing, it will become less tempting. Also, the economies of the places where outsourcing occurs will improve, further closing the gap. Eventually it could help create more jobs all over the world. Just force corporations to pay a living wage in the U.S., and determine living wages in other areas and do not allow any imports of products or services whose workers were not paid a living wage. It is a known issue for a long time. Jobs are moving to area where labor are cheaper. Big and medium corporate are doing it for cost. There is nothing you can do about it. It is driven by greed and survival. For anything that require little or no technical skills, vast majoritiy of it will be gone. There are things that can do to slow it down like tax, tarriff. But that will not stop it. As long as there are cheaper labor somewhere in the world, there will be outsourcing. right now, it may be China and India, next will be africa or southern america or somewhere else in the world. Consider there are millions if not billion of people work for less than one US dollar a day. They would like to do any hard/manual labor for you for $10 bucks a day. How can you compete with that ? The one thing should do is to investigate what advantages we have over the low wages countries. Is our political more stable, do we have better education systems and other factors that will makes us better and help our industry to excel. |
