Why John Reid is against ROMANIA and BULGARIA's access to jobs ?

I'll tell you a secret: because Reid and Tony Blair want to win ELECTION. Afterwards, they'll change it.
Anyway, in most cases romanian citizen proves that they are professionals in their jobs.

UK became member of the European Union in 1973. EU citizenship gives you the right to travel freely within the Union (provided you carry a passport or identity card) and to settle anywhere within the Union鈥檚 territory.
To live and work in any EU country they choose is one of fundamental rights guaranteed of the Union.

Therefore, UK respect this right.

It's called discrimination.
I have a dual nationality- Bulgarian and British
Bulgaria decided ti impose restrictions for British citizens in Bulgaria as well.Romania should do the same! It's a two way street!
What about getting our long term unemployed and long term job seekers into the jobs now before any more immigrants arrive,,other wise these loafers will never get a job
WRONG!!! They are beginning to realize, a little to late, that the people of this country, ENGLISH PEOPLE , are fed up with the amount of money wasted on immigrants to the uk and the fact that a VAST majority of them WILL NOT work because they are milking the system. I do not have any respect for someone who comes to this country with the intention of bleeding it for every penny they can. If I want a new phone, I have to buy it, if I want a car I have to tax it, I pay my council tax, water rates, phone bill, gas bill, car insurance and any other bill that comes through my letterbox. When I go to Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys, whoever, I see lots of people. from these countries, using food vouchers to buy electrical goods, dvds, alcohol in fact anything but food and when told they must use them on grocery saying "me no speak enlish, me no understan" TOTAL RUBBISH, they know perfectly well what they are doing. So as to your , respect this right , my friend RUBBISH. The people of this country have had enough and will show their feelings with their vote. BRING ON THE NATIONAL FRONT, at least they have got the guts to say what they mean, and if that means more money in my pocket, jobs for the youngsters, a hell of a lot less crime and a safer community for all, I say BRING IT ON.
What next, BORAT FOR P.M
Certainly not, our small country is overstretched as it is, without letting foreigners over here to steal yet more of our jobs. Before long no english born person will be able to get a decent job as they are going to foreign workers who they can pay minimum wage to, its disgraceful, I have nothing against their race, they simply shouldn't be here, our country is a mug for allowing them to live here, many other countries don't put up with it, so why should we?
No other country in the EU as welfare benefits like the UK , but for us to receive them we have to pay, would you be so good as to tell me what the Romanians/Bulgarians have paid in, and why they should get these benefits as a right of joining the EU, this open door policy never did work never will, for one the economy will not support so many immigrants, and two you cause unrest with the British peoples, because they don't want NO MORE IMMIGRANTS
It's full of carts pulled by donkey's backwards communists. Yes lets all trade together and try and improve our lifestyles by working. We have enough dole scum and social scroungers at the moment in our own country and thieving gypsy scum. F**k OFF until you have sorted yourself out in your socialist worker attitude
I Always voted against the EEC/EU.My country Ireland is full of Poles while Irish people are unemployed.Wages go down when loads of foreigners flood in.No to immigration.Only the rich business people are in favour because they want to keep wages low. They want cheap east european labour.NO MORE PLEASE!!!
