Am I entitled to job seekers allowance in the Uk if I have never worked there&spent most my life overseas (EU) I don't think so as the Habitual Residence Test was brought in a few years back to exclude people in this situation. I think it was based on the idea , put nothing in, get nothing out But worth contacting your local Citizens Advice Bureau or similar to get an expert opinion stop freeloading and get a job! I Don't Know, BUT when you find out = Please Let ME Know, AS I would like to MOVE THERE! Thanks, RR You should be if you are a UK national and hold a passport and have a national inssurance number. we have more than enough scroungers at the moment thank you no why should i pay to keep you stay overseas only come here if you got a job to go to |
