I'm a bus driver, i do 40hrs/wk will i be breaking any EU rules if i do 20hr/wk part time driving job elswher? As long as you opt out of the maximum 48 hour week, you will be okay as you have agreed to work extra hours (uk only). Your employers usually have this paperwork to sign try getting your bus to arrive on time first. No why ? You need to ask your union rep. It doesn't sound safe to me, driving 60 hours a week. it depends you might be just comitting fraud matey ther just wont be you though as a LOT of people do it hmmm work it out nope If you get caught you will be fined yes. you are not allowed to drive for over 56 hours per week, and no more than 90 every 2 weeks. |
