Why would a hospital hire an unlicenced nurse? So you could kill patients? You need to go to school. You should take nursing here, as Canada's requirements for nurses is very strict. I am thinking you are referring to what we call here "nursing assistants". They are required to be licensed, but the licensing requirements are minimal compared to that of nurses, and can be gotten in a few months time. I do not know the specifics in regard to canada, nor agencies in phillipines that are accredited in Canada. P.S. other jobs that are in medical establishments but require no certification would possibly listed under "orderly" ... they perform many non-nursing, non-patient care tasks.
