Sales job in Canada?

Hi, my wife and I are looking to move to Ontario (probably Toronto) from the UK in the New Year. I currently work in IT Sales, specifically Sage Accountancy software and I'm looking for some tips.

Are there any websites I can go to for advice on the office/work culture? Also, what's the most common financial software used in smaller businesses?

I'm thinking things could be pretty different and I want to be as prepared as possible.
