How to get Job in Canada if I am Indonesian?

You move from Indonesia to Canada.

1. Marry a Canadian
2. Have a special attribute that in demand in Canada
3. Have a special talent in Canada no one else has at your level
4. Have a sponsor that will guarantee your stay financially and otherwise until you get on your feet.

Tried it once. My parents are both naturalized Americans from Canada.
