I've naver been to Sri Lanka. I have been to Canada many times. The people speak English (which is a +), and are so nice. Knowing me, I'd rather live and work in Canada!! P.S. I just read your Q. again, and I realized I might have misunderstood your Q. Anyway, if you have the choice to move to Canada, I would. If not, enjoy your time in Sri Lanka! I'm sure the paople there are nice too, and you can learn a second language. A happy person can be happy anywhere. Good luck to you, wherever you are!!
