My husband has just got a job in Canada, I need to know if my ex will still have to pay the Child Support?

well if there's any justice in it's world he should be paying child support no matter which state or country your in. but i think u might have to look at the currency in Canada compared to yours. maybe the money send for child support won't do cause of the money system they have in Canada.

When u get married the responsibility for paying for the child now falls on ur new husband so u should not be getting child support now let alone after getting a job in another country.
