Can a 58 year old science teacher from india get a teaching job in canada? to work for the government in Canada...you need to be a Canadian Citizen...which takes three years of residency for you to become one...Also..there are many credentials that have to be met...for you to teach in Canada...I am not sure that your degrees in teaching from India are necessarily recognized here... Why not? It shouldn't be based on age or race, but on qualifications. Anybody can get a job in Canada if qualified especially an exeprienced 58 year old teacher. yes of course. It depends not upon age but qualifications You probably have to be a Canadian Citizen. Parents probably do not trust their kids with foreign workers who do not at a minimum go through a criminal background check first. Depends on competence, presentation of credential specifications "effectively" at the right places, and, of course, on having the right & influential. social connections. "Antecedents verification," also forms part of the standard norms of procedure. Of course, you are aware about that inevitable "sponsorship" rule. Indian education is not recognized in Canada.You can't get a job in your field.I am sorry,this is what a lot of immigrants come to realize after they enter Canada and there is a lot of educated people having to work low pay jobs |
