Will there be any conflict if I will apply and will be considered for the job in Montreal, Canada and will be given/processed with a working permit/visa? Will immigration authorities cancel any of the 2 applications if they find out that My family is also applying for immigration to Canada? Please help advise. Thank you so much.
Generally no. If you applied for a tourist visa, then yes, that is a non-immigrant visa and therefore the government would suspect of something fishy going on. A work visa does not interfere with immigrant visas, but calling a Consulate and asking them directly will be much better. |
