Is Canada immigration asking for required legal documents for common-law partner? |
I have a partner in my country and I鈥檓 planning to sponsor them later on, after I鈥檝e establish a job there in Canada. I'm here in K.S.A and still working to finish my contract. Could this be a big problem? Since we are not yet married, because her married situation is not yet finale to be annulled. Also she has one dependent child. What do you suggest to avoid any rejects and delays application? I guess you would have problems.. let her marriage be annuled if that is the only way.. if you are going back to Canada.. contact CIC for your case... about sponsorship..yes of course Canada would ask many requirements when sponsoring someone from another country and keep on searching website about this before going back to Canada so you could prepare and start the next steps while waiting for her marriage annulment. Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class You may also sponsor a spouse or common-law partner from within Canada if they have been living with you in Canada. Sponsorship of a spouse or common-law partner includes their dependent children whether inside or outside of Canada. Consult an immigration lawyer.. it would increase the success of your case as her marriage is not yet annuled.. the chances of getting a visa deny is possible if this case about her first marriage is not yet cleared. |
