Looking for a Job in Canada?

I am contemplating a move from Wisconsin to Canada based on the concept of getting a job. I have a B. S. in Psychology, however; my husband run our own flooring business so I do not do a whole lot with my degree. Wondering where I should begin my search for a respectable well paying job in Winnipeg or Thunder Bay.

Why Winnipeg or Thunder Bay?
Lots of good jobs in Alberta
I came to Toronto because it is the job centre of Canada

My sons girlfriend started looking for a job on this Sunday, started Monday

Both cities aren't the best for jobs.
