Temporary work permit or student visa in Canada?

I would like to take courses, training, and a job in Canada to afford it.
Wish option is the best: a temporary work permit, student visa or arrive as illegal. my field is in electronics & computer programming. if i麓m mexican could be more dificult to get such permits.

Whatever you do - DO NOT TRY to enter Canada illegally. You will be deported. You have a computer so you can look up Canadian Immigration in Google.

I should mention that there are many people in Canada whose fields of expertise are in electronics and computer programming. That means that companies that are hiring people with your skills will look at Canadian applicants first. Like it or not, not too many companies are keen on hiring foreigners.

It is not super cheap to live in Canada either and, again, like it or not, many post-secondary schools charge more for foreign students. If you want to take courses in a highly competitive field, you will be up against a lot of others and you will wind up on a waiting list. Depending on what you wish to study, waiting lists can stretch on for years. The cost of housing isn't cheap either and we pay more in taxes than, say, Americans do.

If you want to move to Canada, I would strongly advise you to research your options on the Canadian government website and then apply legally. Please don't try to sneak in.
