Is it possible for non-residents to get programming job in Canada? Has anyone got it? please advice me?

In canada - you need to have very very UNIQUE programming skills that NOONE else in Canada has before you can be hired. If a local Canadian has the same or better skills than you, then they should get the job first over you.

Since you are a non-resident, I assume you currently do not live in Canada. Well for starters, you will NOT get an interview without a Canadian address.

If you are already in Canada, then start applying, but do not mention that you need a work permit, unless they ask you. If the interviewer or the application form asks if you can legally work in Canada - you do have to say NO if you do NOT have a work permit.

Chances are high that you will be denied, unless your skills are very unique and in very high demand. You have to find a company willing to hire you, and willing to advertise and interview other people, and keep this proof to show the government. Then the company must be willing to apply to the government for a work permit for you. The government can say yes or no.

where u from? If you are from U.S do they pay there in Canada more than you would otherwise earn in the United States? I'd say if you are from other country than the U.S, then it is worth to try. Why not since the immigration laws in the Candada are much more flexible.
