I think you can come to Canada to visit. But it won't be easy immigrating. You have to have a company to sponsor you if you don't have family there.

YOu can not just take a tour /trip to Canada and stay !!!
You need to apply for immigration like everyone else ..instead of using an ilegal back door as when your caught you and your family will be sent back and it will be harder for you to get in when you apply legally

NO, you have to leave when your tourist visa is up, you cannot work in Canada without a social insurance number, you cannot get this without having status in Canada. You will have no access to Medical Care in Canada, hotels ask for passports for foreign visitors.

Immigration will start looking for you if you dont leave. You will end up in jail be deported and denied legal entry into Canada anytime in the future. Go home and apply legally to enter Canada.
