Is it possible for me to apply for a flexible part-time job to cover my living expenses in Austria or Germany?

I have applied for a quite limited financial aid for training in Austria or Germany, one month 390 Euro for everything, housing, food, insurance, traffic, and so on. I have got an answer at Yahoo answer that this is not enough. So, is it possible for me to apply for whatever a flexible part-time job, or a scholarship in order to cover my living expenses? I am a master in medicine. I can speak English well and a little German. And I have already about one and a half years' experiences in Austria.

Are you authorized to work in Germany or Austria? If so, you can pick up a job there or talk to your FA department about work-study. You will have to ask them about availability, though. Your other option is doing something like Pampered Chef or Mary Kay.
