He won the Iron Cross for bravery and swore to rebuild Germany. Some interesting topics about him are; how he rose to power, who he blamed for Germany鈥檚 defeat in World War One and how he affected Canada.
Many Germans believed that Hitler was the best man to rebuild German. In 1933, Hitler and the Nazis gained power in Germany, which was the real beginning of Nazism and the end of democracy in Germany. Moreover, he became the chancellor of Germany because he made several promises, such as he would rebuild Germany鈥檚 economy. A lot of people wanted Hitler because there was a depression and they wanted a different government to solve Germany鈥檚 problems. One of the most horrible events during Hitler鈥檚 times or Nazism was the removal of the entire Jewish population in Europe. Moreover, the Jews and socialists were hated extremely by the Nazis because Hitler blamed them for Germany鈥檚 defeat during WW1. In the late 1933鈥檚, the prosecution of Jews began. At first, the Jews were removed from Jobs, government positions, teaching and media. Later on, they were forbidden to enter some public places, were separated form schools, placed under a curfew and they weren鈥檛 allowed to marry non-Jews. It was horrible, the Jews population were attacked on streets, home, and some businesses were destroyed by the Nazis. As this worsened, the Nazis started to take the Jews to concentration camps, where they would be killed.
Hitler鈥檚 name and Nazism spread quickly over the world, especially in Canada. Nazi plans and ideas reached Canada very fast. Some German-Canadians formed Nazi groups in Winnipeg, Toronto and Montr茅al. For instance, the Winnipeg Nationalist Party started to wear badges with a swastika surrounded by maple leaves and topped with a beaver. Soon, newspapers started to spread Nazi ideas and slogan such as hatred against foreigner and Jews. Moreover discrimination against the Jews spread out quickly. For example, Jews weren鈥檛 allowed to be hired in businesses, civil services and in some cities they weren鈥檛 allowed to buy property or join clubs. As the result of that, violence broke out in Toronto, Montr茅al and Winnipeg between Jews and Nazi-Canadians.
In conclusion during World War Two the world was in a chaotic state because of Adolf Hitler who had built a superpower to take over the world. He had won popularity in Germany and with his promises the Germans were willing to support him. More importantly, his hatred towards the Jews was extreme and the prosecutions of the Jews are still remembered as one of the worst events during World War Two. In Addition Hitler鈥檚 name and ideas spread quickly over the world, which caused many fights between anti-Semitisms and civilians. In short, Hitler was insane man who would have done anything for his country, even if it meant the end for him.

Here is your essay, proofread and corrected. There was one word in paragraph 3, so I put a possible word in parentheses next to the word I was confused on. It was a great essay about Hitler, and I actually learned a little bit about Nazism in Canada. Hope you get an "A"!
