Which countries are safest for african americans to live?

i would love to move overseas permanetly. so far the only country i feel safe to live in ( not visit) are in the UK. mostly england. what am i overlooking. i know there have to be some other countries black people are able to live in and get a job and not get hasseled. what about canada, switzerland, austria? please help? i am looking for something modern, i prefer english speaking but i am willing to try some french, etc. remember lookiing for racially diverse for blacks not a racial mix of mexican, spanish, or ,caucasion

That depends on HOW you plan to live. My friends who are African American live as well as my White friends. However, one of my friends is a police officer in a large city. One of the things he complains about is that a lot of gang members are moving to our city because they are tired of being hasseled by police where they came from. (mostly ghetto areas of Chicago and Milwaukee, Wi. he says). He's angry because when he arrests them for robbery or whatever, they call him horrible names and make horrible accusations against him. He said they leave the ghetto because they don't like it, then they take the ghetto with them to his city and whine because they get in trouble here too.
I don't see why good, upstanding people can't live anywhere. We all have to bear the crosses of ignorant people, you can't get away from that no matter where you are, who you are or what color you are. All you can do is be the best person you can be, and not be "ghetto" (no matter what your color is)
