How to get a job in australia,if i live in another country.?

i am working in a leading Software Company in India. I am having an Indian Nationality only.In many websites, the companies look for people with Australian residenship (PR) to even apply for job.

If anyone has got job in IT field in Australia from other countries, pls come to me. If anyone knows any good websites for job search in IT field in Australia, inform me.

You have to inquire to the australian embassy near you. Or you have to search the internet. They are posting job openings in their website regardless of nationality. But always remember that you must possess all the qualifications that they are looking for in an applicant.
