How do I get Job in Australia or Europe along with sponsership from employer?

I would like to have guidance and suggestion for getting job as Architectural technician / Interior designer/technician or Building supervisor in Australia, Newzealand or European countries.
I donot have workpermit so I need sponsership from Employer.
I live in India.
Pl. Answer and suggest if anybody have right knowledge about it.

Work sponsorship is very hard to obtain because the employer must show that they have done everything they can to find somebody who does not require it.

The positions you state you are intersested in are unlikely to attract work sponsors.
