Any tips on job hunting in Australia?

Just arrived to Australia (Brisbane), don't know anybody here, looking for a job in Audit or Accounting, any good advice ?

Also I know a great recruiting firm called IXP3 - they specialise in the finance sector. Make an appointment to chat with one of their consultants - they helped me out heaps when I was looking for a new job last year.
