I am from Germany and am looking for a job in Australia what is the best way to do it?

I am 32 years old and hold a master's degree in English and German. I am trained in problem solving, improvement strategies and teaching. Moreover I have worked as an administrative assistant, translator, tourguide and part-time teacher.I have visited Australia four times already and would like to live on the West Coast.

Since you have eduational qualification, it is best for you to write an application letter with your resume to a college of university management who could appreciation your credits. Or better yet, ask the help of your professional friends to introduce you to the Dean of English or language department in prestigious schools that need your services.
Post Your Resume in Monster Jobs
so many job site. use that...
there will be less job opportunites on the west coast, although there is a resources boom in Western Aust so that may mean more employment, but possibly not in your areas. as someone else suggested, monster.com is a good job seeking website, as well as seek.com.au. both of them allow to you to post your resume and you can get suitable jobs emailed to you as they get advertised... good luck.

You haven't mentioned your immigration status, but with those skills some obvious places to look are:
~ teaching (adults and/or as a schoolteacher).
~ tour guiding (most operations based in Perth but a few in the Pilbara, Broome and Margaret River)
~ the mining industry employs continuous improvement specialists, most of these roles involving living in or frequently travelling to remote mining areas. Your German language and cultural skills could possibly be of use in their marketing areas, but I'm not sure Germany is a major customer, and in any case German customers would likely speak English anyway.

If you were living in Perth you could pick up freelance translating and private teaching work, but I couldn't say how much you'd be able to find.
