What's the best way to find a job in & move to Australia or Canada?


My wife and I are thinking (daydreaming right now) of moving to Canada or Australia. I know some technical jobs are desireable in Australia and as a programmer I fit into that category. I was wondering if there were specific websites or companies that would get me the information I would need to make an informed decision on this kind of career (and physical) move.

I can't speak for Australia but in Canada there are always job postings for programmers.
