how can i obtain a job in australia, melbourne specifically, after graduating from university (will be in australia for a year)? what visa's are there that i can apply for?

If you're younger than 28 you can apply for a one-year work visa - depending on where you're from (I think). A few things to know - (1) you cannot apply for the visa once you arrive, so do it from your home country even if you don't end up using it; (2) we have relatively low unemployment at the moment so there are quite a few jobs going - you'd definitely find something; and (3), you're going to love Melbourne.
