Best place to work as a nurse in Australia?

Im looking to get a nursing job in australia, any nurses/hospital staff out there who could reccommend a good hospital or area to work in?

The Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick has a big ex-pat community. It's in a suburb of Sydney, very near the beach and is a nice area to live. You are maybe 20 minutes from the city centre, and near shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema and a racecourse among other things.

The on-site nursing quarters are a bit grotty but super cheap (like 拢20 per week) so you can live in while you find an apartment, of which there are lots locally.

for more details. Source(s): Been there, done that, worked there (though not as a nurse!)
Id say hospital, Adelaide Central
Perth
any of major cities, perth, sydney, brisbane
YABBA YABBA,beers crap ..
You should look at outback australia being the Northern Territory and Western Australia. The variety of nursing oportunities and work roles makes it very interesting and challenging. Nurses are really given the oportunity to participate in different roles that in the larger hospitals restrict you.
