Is it hard to get an office job in Australia?

meaning is it hard to get employment if i from singapore. what is the living expenses like eg rent etc..

If you have good English and some experience you won't have a problem finding an office job. Unemployment is quite low at the moment in Australia.

However, living in some of the bigger cities can be quite expensive. Rent can be very high and general costs like food and fuel can make things difficult. I think it would be very hard to live on your own in a city like Sydney on the kind of wage you would earn from an administration job in an office. However, living with a roomate would be a viable option.

jobs are easy to find but the cost of living sucks in Brisbane, I see a lot of rich or poor, not much in the middle. Rent on a house will run you $200 -$300 a week here in the less prosperous suburbs of Brisbane.
