I suggest that you go to the website Craigslist for Australia, select the area you will want to work in, and post your desire for employment in the resume section of this useful, free site. I've posted the link for it below. Do NOT post your resume on the site. Instead make a short post listing the type of work you want and your experience. Prospective employers will contact you anonymously to the email you use to establish your post. From there, you can email your resume back to the prospective employer if you find a job that you like.
