PC Gone mad. A man in Australia lost his job as Santa for saying HO HO HO.?

Ho in America may not be a nice thing to say but it really has no meaning to most Aussies.
Ho Ho Ho has been cried by Santa's all over the world for many years. A man losing his Santa job for saying Ho Ho is the PC going too far ?

Occam's Lightsaber I seen it on TV tonight. Try this link

Yes it is going too far.Next thing you know they will be banning the word "but"

Can you please show a link?]

EDIT: Thanks. Well, that's ridiculous. Will they be banning the garden tool too?

yeh i just saw that before.. funny sht

Old news. Older than the teddy bear. Way older.

There was a rock radio station in my city ten years ago that used to say "One Santa and Three Hos" and nobody got upset.

unless he said it as 3 scantily clad women walked by ...
then this is just stupid

the world has gone PC mad ... and it is doing more harm than good

Heard it on the radio...it's just getting really lame now. Things are definitely being taken too far. I never hear anyone here going around calling women ho's.

Holy crap. Guess that busts the stereotype of Australia being 110% grounded.

Those crazy aussies.

PC should be thrown in the garbage where it belongs. Here's another example - a few years ago New York changed the name of manholes to "Personnel Access Ducts". So now women can have access to the sewers too. I'm sure they really appreciate that.

Political correctness is totally out of control. Common sense has to be reintroduced to everyday life. By bending over backwards to avoid offending people, all we're doing is making ourselves look profoundly stupid.

Can't you see the funny side of it? HO HO HO can be offensive to some people!

Anyway, HO HO HO is not the real reason for Christmas! Without the Christ of Christmas taking center-stage, Christmas has no true meaning.

Hey, I don't understand where this santa things is coming from. Christmas is about the birth of Christ. The focus should be Christ and not santas and people saying hho ho ho. Why do people wanna forget about Jesus?

Yes,

Don Imus must have a hand in it.

I bet he's still bitter.

Santa should be shot. He should have never made it into Christmas.

I'm from Australia, and this is just getting pathetic.

I don't know whether to laugh or just feel ashamed of this country. Wow.

Although, these Christians chanting "Jesus, not Santa" might be a tad bit sadder.

Ha, I wasn't aware that "Santas" weren't allowed to say that :)
