I'm feeling frazzled and stressed out, what can I do??

we're moving from Australia to the US, my husband is leaving next month because he needs to start his new job but the kids and myself can't leave because I don't have my greencard yet, the paperwork with the US Consulate has been a nightmare and we've spent almost $3000 just for background checks, medicals, flights to sydney (because there is no embassy here) kids citizenship and passports... now i'm trying to sell all our furniture because we can't take it, shipping costs were just insane. I'm feeling worn out, i've gained about 5 kg in the last month, i'm tired and i'm constantly yelling at my poor babies. I'm going to miss my husband and wish we could go all together but I have to wait for my interview. I'm worried about how i'm going to fly 20 hours with 2 kids under 3 and just how i'm going to cope in general... I find myself tossing and turning every night or crying... how can I stop feeling like this... ? I feel like everything is getting on top of me.

See stress, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 7, and practise daily, and when needed, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, and 11. DIETING: Go to: h t t p : / / c h o o s e d i e t . b l o g s p o t . c o m and select one, possibly changing later. Eat 6 - 8 small meals daily, with a little protein in each, preceded 20 minutes earlier with a large glass of water, (drink at least 10 large glasses [250 ml] daily) and snack on as many celery sticks as you like, with the occasional carrot stick, or slices of cucumber and/or tomato in any vinegar desired (no oil!). Also see http://www.ediets.com and subscribe to their email newsletter. Slowly work up to 30 - 60 minutes of brisk walking, daily, possibly doing other exercises at home as well, as you are listening to music, or watching television, like bending and stretching exercises, Tai Chi, (see page 2 at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris ) Pilates, or pump iron. Many overweight people use food in an attempt to fill an emotional void, which is unhealthy, and ultimately futile. See http://emotionalhealth.ivillage.com/... and http://www.foodaddiction.com and http://www.oa.org/ Phone EDAP (U.S.A.) on 1800 931 2237. I entered "travelling; children" in my search engine, and came up with multiple hits.

Dear, life is not simple game! Life could be so cruel! Therefore we got possibility of imagination (or illusion), more or less expressive. For me, the best medicine is ..... music! And according to this imagination of the some attractive visures of life. For example, try to find song "When the forests are singin'", take your kids with you onto the sofa-bed and listen...believe me you'll feel better. If you can't find this song don't hesitate to contact me. Veradisca & Best Regards, Neven.

You are identifying too much with the show. You are only an awareness and getting back from it where the awareness really is, knowing the awareness is us, identifying with the awareness and everything else is "a really big, big shew". From that scientific viewpoint we can look at even deeper emotions and click the channel at will. The energy we put into emotions is neutral and we can shift it over to this thought or that at will or turn it off. When you find yourself in Difficult World just say, "I live in Easy World, where everything is easy." Or just "I live in Easy World." And see how much easier you can make things you want to do. trans4mind and iliveineasyworld Getting rid of negative words does the trick and the you only look at the right brain and solutions and answers. The left brain only looks a question, worry and problems. The right brain only looks at information and solutions and it is looking for a question. The awareness fetches the information and OK's the minds decisions, those coming from the intuition rather than our educated idiot thoughts. Our right brain is the quantum computer, the tiger, that puts our conscious thoughts, the monkey, to shame. You might say the intuition allows us into our right minds.

Sounds to me like you are really stressing over this situation. You could try some exercise or deep breathing to help you stay calm. Try and focus on your new life in the US and not so much on the current problems by taking one day at a time. My son flew from the US to England and also to Prague with 2 kids under 3 for his wife's job before and did just fine. Try and look on this time as an experiece of a lifetime and enjoy it - you will have stories to tell later on about all your new adventures.
