If you want to teach English, then try www.eslcafe.com There are jobs posted on there from various countries. Alternatively you can google jobs in the county you want to go to. I am sure they have a local webpage for jobs.
it depends on what you want to do. If you want to teach overseas, you can either contact an agency in your country that will give you some sort of training and find you a placement (but I assume they're going to charge you for it), or you could do it on your own. In that case, I would check with your embassy abroad if they have any useful information.
