Exporting Jobs To The Developing Countries????

Just wondering...............

Let's take Nike and Microsoft and Dell.

These companies export jobs to countries in Asia such as India and China.

So, while it is troubling that they are exporting jobs, they are also are saving a ton of money in terms of wages.

This means that at the end of the year, they should show much fatter profits from all their savings.

Which means that the government should get a lot more taxes from them.

Which means that there should be a lot more money for the government to inject into the American economy for the creation of opportunities for the people to exploit.

But that does not seem to happen. What's going wrong? Where is this model fall apart?

Well, when they decided to ignore fairness and make as much money as possible for themselves. Really, if they were concerned with giving everyone what they deserved, the workers in Asia would make as much as workers in the U.S. So the model falls apart earlier than was thought, unfortunately, due to greed.

4 What makes you think the government has any interest in creating opportunities? Then far fewer people are dependent on the government.

Stop expecting the government to take care of you, they aren't going to do that. The primary function of government is protecting government, self perpetuation. Taxation to support government is not intended to help the taxpayer in any way shape or form.

The consumer can be in charge if they want too. Don't like the fact that some company outsources? Write to the company CEO about it. Then stop buying their products. If enough people would act responsibly instead of hoping the government is going to do something, things would get better. So long as you live in the fantasy that the government has your best interests in mind things will continue to get worse.

One day somebody will tell me what the true functions of government are but I haven't seen one thing yet that couldn't be done better by civilians. Why do we put up with 50% taxation for the honor of having big brother peering over our shoulders?
