Where can I find social working job in South East Asia?

I am in my fortysomething and need a job fast. My past social work is mostly in the Internet technology. From creating simple website design and development for humanitarian organizations and NGOs, provide domain registrations, use Search Engine Optimization to promote the web site, basically a web hosting management functions. IT social work like I want, specifically, is hard to find job I guess because the awareness among the organizations is not by working as communities but more to individual organizations internally, still!
