A question about migration to US?

ok the thing is why does it seem its so much easier for people from mexico or south american states to just migrate to US even if they dont have much education(i'm not saying all)
but people from say europe/asia or other countries will have to fulfil lots of condition before migrating to US even if they have good jobs/money back home?

If the Hispanics take the proper route, they have an equal amount of paperwork...but most of them come here illegally and then apply for citizenship, which lessons the paperwork since they are already here. What gets me is that it is a Federal Felony to be here illegally, but no action is taken against them when they file and admit there presence here. They can also collect welfare, get valid ID's, and social security numbers. Sorry for the rant but it doenst seem right. The government complains that there is a lack of resources to intervine with all immigrants, but the dont do anything about it. :(
I don't know.

But I do know that I have always had a love for people, & know many special people among the Asian & European peoples.

I have thought of having an Asian lady to bride before. Love the way they talk. So cute!

Well, have a good day!
isn't it strange? i don't know why but in my opinion it's shady, canadians (i believe) can get dual citizenship here. i believe europeans and other countries come here legally to fuffil these "conditions" because they chose to, and the countries south of the border can become citizens too, the way every other immigrant does.
they don't all u gotta do is come over here then when your here just work on being legal then
Coz they think everyone else who is outside USA is a terrorist
In the US, children of migrants get free education - with the exception to college. Even then scholarships and government grants could help them in that case. The US can teach and educate those who really want it... crave it. But it is up to the individual to be successful.

Along with the education - better money is to be made working in the US. And if one is from a poor country (such as Mexico and South America) it makes more sense to migrate to the US if one doesn't have much money to start with. No offence, but one wouldn't try to swim to Europe/Asia if one couldn't afford the price of the ticket for room on a boat or plane heading to those locations. The US allows migrants opportunities at a better life for themselves and their children, as well as their children's children. But there is a legal process that all are required to apply for entering into the country. As harsh as it is and as unfair as it sounds - the US is only suppose to allow 55,000 applicants a year from any country to better opportunities. This way it is fair to other countries as well.

As for people from other countries having to and being able to fulfil many conditions before migrating is true. They must prove that they are able to be some-what self sufficient when they arrive, and able to show that they don't need or desire to have the US government programs (food stamps, welfare, unisured medical benefits) there to assist them. Or at least not take advantage of those programs meant for and traditionally set up for the American born people. Again no offence. And even if people of other countries do make the requirements designed for them to migrate - doesn't mean or is an absolute guarantee that they'll have good jobs/money or even the same types of jobs/money made as they did in their respective country.

The only thing not mentioned here, but happens to be the hot topic in the US is - Are they legally going through the process to migrate by filling out and filing their applications with the immigration department? Or are they going about it illegally? Because it's the illegal migrating that has the Americans all hot up these days. And I can agree in part - rightly so. Especially when it comes to sorting out the good people who are entering. And who the criminals and troublemakers are. And the language barriers it creates when a country is majority english speaking, and then they have to cater to those unwilling to speak, read, write and understand those traditions. I'm not saying that those from other countries shouldn't speak their native languages at all. But those from other countries should also be able to speak/understand the language of the country they are migrating to.

Afterall - one wouldn't jump from a sky-dive plane without a parachute to break the speed of the free falling.
