Is a Bachelor of science degree in Business Information Technology a good degree to take?

Hi everyone! I have just finished high school and I found this university in Malaysia ( Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology) they offer a degree in Business Information Technology. I had never heard of a Business IT degree before but it combines two fields I gretly love. I wonder if it is an internationally recognised degree and will I be able to start a good career with such a degree. Please anyone who knows about the Business IT degree let me know if it's a good course to take and the possible careers, jobs available to people with such a degree. Thanks to all who will try to clarify it for me.

Im a student of management information systems (MIS) at uni. of jordan....there is another major called business information systems..
MIS major combines both 2;business and IT.basically majors like these focuse on bussiness much more..it analyses business cases depending on the technologies being used.wat makes a major like that bein nice and intresting that it keeps breast of new developments in both areas bus and and IT .it makes you knowledgable in areas like networks,supplychain,managemen... analysis,information systems...etc. .in this case ur job will be basically as an analyst rather than a programmer unless you liked 2 be dedicted in programming then you have to add more 2 youself in this area.for me i like my major so much..relatively it is a new required major
